Joe Ness

Founder & CEO (Las Vegas, NV)
Seasoned filmmaker and AV technologist with over 30 years of industry leadership and the original creator of WOW.
Joe's career began in television, where he toured with MTV in the 90’s, honing his skills in camera operation and production.
He later founded a successful AV business in the 2000’s, catering to large clients in Nevada and California. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to develop WOW, a unique concept that has transformed and established a new standard for immersive video.
Joe went on to lead a large AV department of over 60 professionals for almost 18 years, managing large-scale operations and complex technical projects within a high-profile entertainment environment.
Joe’s passion for capturing the beauty of the natural world and his expertise in cutting-edge technology have driven the creation and development of Windows of the World.
Terry Torok

Innovation (New York, NY)
Terry Torok is a leader in positive impact, philanthropic innovation and compelling content. He is a founding member of the Global Mental Health Taskforce serving the United Nations. Terry has extensive experience in developing strategic initiatives for A-list Artist (Alicia Keys/Elton John), leading brands (VISA/Pepsi/Walmart) and global events (Olympics/FIFA World Cup/Super Bowl). His career spans from television journalism to producing the first world eSports arenas, events and television series.
Terry’s present focus is bringing inspiring stories to life from the quiet corners of the world and helping re-wild our connection to nature through Windows of the World.
He is also the co-founder of the Creative Intelligence Agency, leading clarity and measurable impact for select organizations.

Accomplished leader in the AV and luxury markets. Billy focuses on providing a premium experience for every client through hands-on account management and custom-tailored solutions.
For over a decade, Billy has focused on creating customer-oriented solutions, and his career is a testament to his ability to deliver exceptional results for his clients.
For many years Billy worked at Lutron Electronics, managing premier AV and lighting projects. Billy worked closely with architects, designers, and installers on some of the most high-end installations in the US and Canada.
Billy’s customer-centric philosophy, coupled with extensive experience in the AV and luxury markets, ensures that every WOW client receives a custom-tailored solution and a premium experience from start to finish.
Ron Ness

Principal (Las Vegas, NV)
Content production and technical expert with over 15 years of hands-on experience with the WOW library.
Ron brings extensive technical expertise and a deep understanding of the WOW content creation process to the team. Having worked alongside Joe Ness for over 15 years, he has been an integral part of filming and producing the stunning visuals that define WOW.
As highly skilled carpenter and contractor, there isn’t anything Ron can’t build, fix, or restore. He brings over a decade of experience in carpentry, trade shows, and construction to the table.
Ron’s extensive technical background makes him a vital part of WOW’s LED Wall team, ensuring that every installation is masterfully executed with precision and attention to detail.
Raymond Kwok

Video Editor/Colorist (Las Vegas, NV)
Raymond plays an important role in giving the WOW visual library the cinematic finish that sets us apart from other content creators.
Raymonds extensive experience in production and QA is essential for the attention to detail needed to meet WOW’s quality standards.
Nicknamed “Zen”, Raymond helps keep things cool under pressure, even with chaotic deadlines, and unexpected setbacks. Raymond is a work horse who always gets the job done and exceeds expectations.
John DiBartolo

Executive Producer (Brazil)
John is a highly experienced Film and TV Producer with a prolific career spanning over 35 years. Since 1990, he has been involved in a wide array of productions, working internationally between the United States (California and Florida) and South America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile).
His professional roles are comprehensive, encompassing Producer, Executive Producer, Production Manager, and Location Manager. He is skilled in budgeting, location scouting, due diligence, and securing permits and authorizations for film and TV projects.
Fluent in Portuguese (native), English, and Spanish (advanced), his international portfolio includes working with major brands like Ferrero Rocher and Unilever, and on feature films such as "My Hindu Friend," starring Willem Dafoe.

Lachie Stuart

Licensed Drone Operator (Australia)
Lachie is our trusted drone pilot from down under. Lachie served in the Australian military before starting his career in drone operation.
We met Lachie in Australia during a filming trip, where we hired him to help us get some amazing footage in the Melbourne area.
Lachie’s passion and skills for drone cinematography were obvious from the footage we came home with. We stayed in contact after that trip and today, Lachie is now responsible for capturing WOW content around his region in Australia as well as South East Asia and New Zealand.
